By accessing or using noifsonlybots.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you’re accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.
Definitions
- “We” / “us” — No Ifs, Only Bots, a venture of ESS ENN Associates.
- “You” — the person or organisation using the site.
- “Engagement” — paid services delivered under a separate proposal, statement of work or master agreement.
Using this website
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- submit false information or misuse the contact form (for example, spam);
- copy, scrape or reuse site content except as allowed below or by law;
- infringe our rights or anyone else’s.
Services and separate agreements
Content on this site is general information about what we do. It isn’t an offer, quote, or commitment to provide services, and figures such as timelines or the audit price may change. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

The site, its design, text, graphics, the No Ifs, Only Bots name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce substantial parts of it without our permission. Ownership of deliverables we create during an engagement is set by that engagement’s agreement, not by these terms.

We link to our own products (for example, Bubbl, Supportji, Salesji, Sumcrum and Ginn) and to affiliated and third-party services. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their content or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.
